The Area11 forms the heart of the hotel and is 24/7 accessible to you by using the elevator. The space combines the classic hotel areas lobby, lounge, breakfast room and bar and is made to answer all your desires like working, relaxing, having a coffee or a glas of wine.

Stay hydrated – on arrival a bottle of water is available for free. Furthermore you can have a number of soft and alcoholic drinks on payment round the clock in the Area11. Our team will be happy to prepare you one of the classic cocktails as well. If you like, you can also enjoy your drinks in the room.

Breakfast is included for every booking and is served in the Area11 from 07 am – 09 am on weekdays and from 08 am – 10 am on the weekend.
We serve you a selection of regional and organic products.

Every room is equipped with a modern innovative floor cooling system.

An ABL Wallbox is available to charge your e-vehicle during your stay. Prior reservation is recommended. For more information about the procedure and prices, please contact our reception team.

To our guests parking is free of charge on the hotel grounds.

Smoking is prohibited in the entire hotel. In the case of contravention, we will have to charge you a cleaning fee of 200€.
Smoking is only permitted in the public outdoor spaces.
At the reception you will receive ashtrays on demand.

The reception team is at your service from 07 am to 11 am and from 03 pm 08 pm.
For your Late Check-In after 08 pm you‘ll receive a personal pincode which allows you to access the hotel at the night entrance on the backside of the building as well as your room. Therefore we ask you to contact us in advance if you plan to arrive after 08 pm.

To safely store your valuables you can use the lockable drawer under your bed.

Our access control system ensures that the hotel is only accessible to hotel guests in the evening and at night.

Our very first job is to sell you some sleep, so we did our best. The wooden bed is made of FSC certified oak painted with ecological oil. Furthermore we worked with a regional company, specialized in bedding in high-quality antiallergic fibers, to create a comfortable and eco-conscious bed. We also provide you down pillows which you can ask for at the reception.

Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, animals are not allowed in our hotel.

Your room is equipped with a Smart-TV that receives up to 100 television and radio channels – including many english channels. As a special gadget your bathroom is equipped with a bluetooth speaker which receives some radio programs and plays your favourite music from smartphone or tablet.

Located in the beautiful sunny Kraichgau, in the immediate vicinity of the Baroque city of Bruchsal and in the middle of the triangle Karlsruhe, Heidelberg and Mannheim, the area surrounding of the hotel offers many qualities and possibilities. The beautiful Hardtsee, which is known throughout the region for its excellent water quality, is located just a few hundred meters from the hotel. For an excursion to the lake we are happy to offer you the service of renting a bag with a beach mat and a beach towel at the reception.
